Mintz Member LisaMarie Collins was profiled in’s “How I Made Partner” column, which features recent partners at Am Law 200 firms, sharing their unique journeys to becoming partner. Ms. Collins began her career at Mintz in 2017 and was elevated to Member in January 2021.

In the profile, Ms. Collins discussed her commitment to partnering with clients to provide excellent client service. She also discussed her dedication to achieving greater diversity within Mintz, subsequently enabling the firms to better serve its clients. "I am constantly striving to meaningfully improve ‘diversity’. For me, that means more than numbers—it means people of color, women, and other diverse groups having a decision-making seat at the leadership table. It also means intentionally and authentically answering the call of our clients and potential clients as it relates to diversity."
