Adam concentrates his practice on commercial real estate transactions. He has experience handling leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and real estate finance matters for office, industrial, retail, and multifamily assets. Additionally, Adam manages due diligence and supports land acquisition and development projects, including home building, industrial, and retail projects.
Before joining Mintz, Adam was associated with Los Angeles-based law firms where he handled commercial real estate transactions.
Adam earned his JD from Loyola Law School, where he was a Dean’s Scholar. Prior to law school, he earned a BS in business administration from the University of Southern California.
He is based in the Los Angeles office.
