Alexandra concentrates her practice on capital markets and corporate governance matters, advising public and private companies, underwriters, and investors. She has significant experience handling Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)-registered and unregistered debt and equity offerings, including drafting and negotiating underwriting and purchase agreements, disclosure documents, and legal opinions. Additionally, Alexandra supports clients on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and financing transactions.

Prior to working at Mintz, she was a senior associate at an international law firm, where she represented underwriting syndicates and issuers in multibillion-dollar public offerings and private placements for clients in the energy, technology, and gaming industries.

Alexandra earned her JD from Fordham University School of Law, where she was a member of the Fordham International Law Journal. Prior to law school, she earned a BA in history from the University of Maryland.

She is based in the New York office.
