Daniel is a real estate attorney who represents clients on commercial transactions including purchase and sales, refinancings, joint ventures, mergers, and restructurings, as well as acquisitions and dispositions of industrial property and data centers and joint ventures for the development of affordable housing. He is based in the New York office.

Prior to joining Mintz, Daniel was an associate at several large law firms and, most recently, served as general counsel for a national architectural building enclosure company. Daniel earned his JD from Georgetown University Law Center and a BS in civil engineering from the University of Illinois — where he also served on the board of trustees.
