Daniel is a real estate attorney who represents clients on commercial transactions including purchase and sales, refinancings, joint ventures, mergers, and restructurings, as well as acquisitions and dispositions of industrial property and data centers, powered land deals, and matters involving digital infrastructure. He is based in the New York office.
Prior to joining Mintz, Daniel was an associate at several large law firms and, most recently, served as general counsel for a national architectural building enclosure company. Daniel earned his JD from Georgetown University Law Center and a BS in civil engineering from the University of Illinois, where he also served on the board of trustees.

- Represented battery storage firm as tenant in lease negotiations for upwards of forty (40) battery storage facilities in New York City.
- Represented national data center owner/operator as landlord in lease negotiations with national payroll software provider for 5MW of electrical capacity in a data center.
