Daniel is a real estate attorney who represents clients on commercial transactions including purchase and sales, refinancings, joint ventures, mergers, and restructurings, as well as acquisitions and dispositions of industrial property and data centers, powered land deals, and matters involving digital infrastructure.
Prior to joining Mintz, Daniel was an associate at several large law firms and, most recently, served as general counsel for a national architectural building enclosure company.
He earned his JD from Georgetown University Law Center and a BS in civil engineering from the University of Illinois, where he also served on the board of trustees.

- 500-acre assemblage for $30 million of powered land transactions for development of a hyperscaler data center development.
- 1,000-acre assemblage for $40 million of powered land transactions for development of a hyperscaler data center development.

- Represented battery storage firm as tenant in lease negotiations for upwards of 40 battery storage facilities in New York City.
- Represented national data center owner/operator as landlord in lease negotiations with national payroll software provider for 5 MW of electrical capacity in a data center.
