Dash is a versatile complex commercial litigator who represents companies and individuals in a broad range of matters including contract disputes, bankruptcy-related litigation, employment, and securities defense. Dash has significant experience representing commercial clients in both federal and state courts, and regularly handles complex appellate litigation and bankruptcy adversary proceedings. He has experience with motion practice in federal court, including arguing before the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

Dash regularly represents clients in connection with post-merger and acquisition disputes, and has represented multiple companies with respect to litigation flowing from the automation of warehouse logistics operations. Dash’s practice encompasses arbitration proceedings before AAA, JAMS, and FINRA. Dash’s practice emphasizes practical and business-minded solutions to complex disputes, helping clients mitigate risk and resolve issues efficiently. 

In addition to his complex commercial litigation practice, Dash regularly advises banks, investment firms, and other financial services companies on state and federal regulatory investigations, compliance, and employment-related matters. Dash also has experience representing primary and excess insurers regarding coverage disputes arising under representations and warranties policies.

Dash is committed to pro bono service and maintains an active pro bono practice. He has represented asylum applicants in connection with their applications and related objectives, including an appeal to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, and successfully secured humanitarian parole status for the family of Afghan nationals seeking refuge from persecution by the Taliban.

While in law school, Dash was Staff Writer and Senior Editor for the Boston College Law Review. As a Student Attorney at the Boston College Civil Litigation Clinic, Dash represented clients in matters relating to child custody, child support, and housing. Dash was a Summer Associate at Mintz in 2019.
