Dash is a complex commercial litigator who represents corporations and individuals across the life sciences, technology, financial services, and other highly regulated industries. His practice spans commercial contract disputes, government and regulatory investigations, M&A-related litigation, and securities defense in both federal and state courts, with a consistent focus on practical, business-oriented problem solving.

Dash’s practice includes regulatory counseling, contractual risk management, and fact investigations within large organizations. He regularly represents clients in post-merger and acquisition disputes, and his practice encompasses arbitration proceedings before AAA, JAMS, and FINRA. In addition to his litigation work, Dash has experience with transactional and negotiation-driven commercial matters.

Dash also regularly advises banks, investment firms, and other financial services companies on state and federal regulatory investigations, compliance, and employment-related matters, and has experience representing primary and excess insurers in coverage disputes arising under representations and warranties policies.

Dash is committed to pro bono service and has represented asylum applicants in connection with their applications and related objectives, including an appeal to the US Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. Dash successfully secured humanitarian parole status for the family of Afghan nationals seeking refuge from persecution by the Taliban.

While in law school, Dash was staff writer and senior editor for the Boston College Law Review. As a student attorney at the Boston College Civil Litigation Clinic, Dash represented clients in matters relating to child custody, child support, and housing. Dash was a Summer Associate at Mintz in 2019.
