Erin is an intellectual property attorney whose practice is focused on patent litigation, primarily for clients in the life sciences industry. She has experience with all aspects of patent cases, including disputes involving the Biologics Price Competition and Innovation Act (BPCIA) and the Hatch-Waxman Act, as well as appeals before the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals.

Prior to joining Mintz, Erin was an associate in the Litigation Department of an international law firm.

During law school, Erin was elected to the Order of the Coif and received Moot Court Honors. She served as a managing editor of the UCLA Law Review and co-chief managing editor of the UCLA Journal of Law & Technology. Erin also worked as a research assistant and as a student associate at the UCLA-UC Hastings Startup Legal Garage clinic.
