Joyce concentrates her practice on management-side employment law. She represents employers nationwide in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies in matters involving discrimination, retaliation, harassment, whistleblower claims, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, wage and hour, and restrictive covenant disputes.

Joyce has experience handling all stages of employment litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation. She has second-chaired a three-week jury trial and an arbitration hearing, both resulting in complete defense verdicts for Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies, and has contributed to the defense of nationwide wage and hour class and collective actions. She also serves as lead counsel in mediations, arbitrations, and administrative proceedings.

Prior to joining Mintz, Joyce practiced at a national labor and employment law firm. 

She earned her JD from Suffolk University Law School and her BA from Fairfield University.
