Kadie’s practice encompasses a wide variety of litigation matters in state and federal courts, including complex commercial cases, securities litigations, and class actions. She represents public and private companies across a range of industries through all stages of litigation, from discovery to appeal, with experience drafting discovery materials, briefs, and motions. Kadie also maintains an active pro bono practice, with a particular focus on providing legal assistance to asylum seekers.

Kadie rejoins Mintz after serving as a judicial law clerk for Justice Dalila Argaez Wendlandt of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court.

While earning her JD, Kadie served as a Summer Associate at Mintz and a judicial intern for Justice Frank M. Gaziano of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. In addition, Kadie was managing editor of the Boston College Law Review and was named a Rappaport Law and Public Policy Fellow. Kadie also worked as a teaching assistant for the first-year contract and law practice classes, for which she received the Donald White Teaching Excellence Award.

Prior to law school, Kadie worked in Massachusetts state government, first as a legislative aide in the State Senate and then as a paralegal for the Office of the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Division of Open Government.
