
Liz is a transactional tax attorney who advises clients on tax issues relating to private equity transactions, public company mergers and acquisitions, financing matters, portfolio investments, and restructurings. She has also counseled clients on a range of tax issues concerning nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations.
Prior to joining Mintz, Liz was an associate at a large international firm, where she handled a broad spectrum of federal income tax matters.
