When selecting a firm during law school, Mintz stood out from the rest because it has a culture that embraces the uniqueness of everyone that is part of the firm. It was different from what I’d grown to expect from Big Law. At Mintz I’ve always felt I can be my true, authentic self. On International Women’s Day, Mintz hosted its annual She’s The Boss event, this year at The Quay in Toronto. Moderated by Toronto-based Partner Alex North, the panel consisted of women at the pinnacle of their careers.
Every year, our Minority Attorneys and Patent Agents (MIATTY) group gather to unite and support one another through networking, sharing, and learning. The annual event brings together attorneys and senior professionals of color.
In 2024, Mintz hosted a diverse program of events for our clients and our people aimed at career progression, developing awareness, and continuing the conversation.
