The Digital Marketing Technology Specialist will be in charge of leveraging our various digital marketing platforms to support the firm’s outreach efforts to our clients and prospects. The candidate will also be on the cutting-edge of helping to develop and test new strategies to generate and share valuable business intelligence that will further our firm’s commitment to delivering world-class relationship management to our clients. This person will work closely with the Creative team, Business Development teams and attorneys in a collaborative way to facilitate various outreach campaigns, most notably in the area of events and event tracking. The candidate will be responsible for developing strategic, business intelligence reports for stake-holders. This position reports to the Marketing Technology Manager. ​


Coordinate all aspects of firm’s digital marketing and outreach efforts.

Create and manage all electronic aspects of firm’s events in event management software, Cvent. These responsibilities include: drafting electronic event communications, creating invitations (primarily in HTML), developing event surveys, and sharing feedback with stakeholders.

Assist with webinar planning and execution.

Develop reports for section and practice area heads that highlight user interaction with mailings and email campaigns.

Train users in Cvent functionality.

Create and maintain a centralized schedule of firm-hosted or sponsored events and webinars to assist with Business Development planning.

Assume additional responsibilities as requested.


Bachelor’s degree required.

3-5 years of experience with marketing technology, preferably in a professional services arena (e.g., law, accounting, or consulting).

Heavy experience with Cvent or similar event management software is required.

Experience with and understanding of coding languages such as HTML, XHTML, and CSS required.

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, ClickDimensions or similar e-mailing software strongly preferred.

Webinar experienced desired.

Production and some graphic design experience helpful.

Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and administrative skills.
