A growing internationally recognized law practice is looking for an immigration associate with a minimum of 4-8 years’ experience to join our Boston office.   • Oversee all aspects of preparing and filing nonimmigrant (O, E, L, H, TN,) and immigrant (PERM, I-130, EB1A, B & C, I-140, I-485) petitions and applications with government agencies and consulates 
  • Lead, direct, and manage legal assistants (paralegals) on a variety of case teams in day-to-day work
  • Advise clients on I-9 and E -Verify compliance and corporate immigration policies and strategies
  • Counsel clients through the PERM labor certification process
  • Stay current on business immigration law developments and contribute to firm’s thought leadership and business development efforts
  • Participate as an attorney in the activities of the immigration department
  • Lead trainings internally and at client sites


  • Education: Successful completion of a full course of study in a school of law accredited by the American Bar Association (ABA) and earned a professional law degree (JD)
  • Bar Membership: Member in good standing of the Massachusetts bar or you must become licensed within 1 year of your first day of employment
  • Experience: 4-8 years of professional legal experience representing corporate clients in all aspects of business immigration law
  • Demonstrated experience as primary client services manager for multiple high volume business immigration clients 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent docket and time management skills
