Professional development is a hallmark of Mintz Levin. Through a variety of programs and workshops, our in-house curriculum provides our nonlegal professionals with learning and career development opportunities at every level.
Some of our programs include:
- What’s the Matter?
This series helps our staff better understand legal matters and the services that our firm provides for its clients. During each session, our staff learns how their work contributes to the firm’s overall success.
- ML Book Club
The ML Book Club provides an opportunity for staff to discuss cutting-edge topics in leadership, professionalism, and client service.
- Facilitated Discussions
These discussions encourage staff members to think creatively about a variety of workplace issues. Participants learn how to apply management and efficiency techniques to themselves and their team.
- Ongoing Curriculum
Our staff is encouraged to participate in regularly scheduled training sessions on a variety of topics, including project management, managing up, and business writing.
