Mintz Advises Muse Group on Combination with Hal Leonard and Growth Investment by Francisco Partners

SAN FRANCISCO – Mintz represented Muse Group, a leader in music content and creation, in its recent combination with legendary sheet music publisher and music-learning provider, Hal LeonardFrancisco Partners, a leading global investment firm that specializes in partnering with technology and media businesses, made a growth investment in Muse and provided funding for the transaction. The newly combined entity creates a global music learning content platform that allows musicians to access digitized and interactive formats of Hal Leonard’s arrangements and content through Muse platforms.
