Jessica advises public and private companies in connection with capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, capital restructuring and reorganization matters, venture capital and emerging companies, and other corporate and securities law matters.  

Prior to joining Mintz, Jessica was an associate with a law firm in Calgary, Canada and served as legal counsel for a natural gas company, where she counseled boards of directors and senior management on various transactions, governance obligations, continuous disclosure issues, and compliance with Canadian securities law and stock exchange rules. She also advised various public companies on the preparation of annual materials and continuous disclosure documents, proxy solicitations, press releases, insider trading policies, regulatory compliance, and other general corporate matters.

Jessica also worked as a junior professional consultant for the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) in Bangkok, Thailand.

In addition to advising her corporate clients, Jessica maintains an active pro bono practice.

Jessica is fluent in Mandarin.
