Mintz, Practitioners Ranked in 2022 World Trademark Review 1000

New York, NY and Washington, DC – Mintz is pleased to share that the firm and three individual practitioners earned recognition in the 2022 edition of World Trademark Review (WTR) 1000: The World’s Leading Trademark Professionals, which recognizes top firms and practitioners globally that are deemed outstanding in trademark law. For the second consecutive year, Mintz was ranked in the United States: New York as a leading firm for both “Enforcement and Litigation” and “Prosecution and Strategy.”

In addition, Mintz Intellectual Property Members Susan Neuberger Weller, Founder and Chair of the firm’s Trademark & Copyright Practice who is based in Washington, D.C., and Michael R. Graif and Karen K. Won, both based in New York, are also recognized as leading practitioners. Notably, Ms. Weller and Mr. Graif earned silver bands for “Prosecution and Strategy” and “Enforcement and Litigation,” respectively.
