Mintz's Rebecca Lee Honored By Connect CRE As Top 10 Real Estate Lawyer In Boston & New England Region

BOSTON – Mintz Member and Chair of the firm’s Real Estate Development Practice, Rebecca A. Lee, has been recognized as one of the top 10 real estate attorneys in the Boston & New England region by commercial real estate news and information service Connect CRE. Honorees in Connect CRE’s 2022 Lawyers in Real Estate Awards program were selected for excelling in their practices, as well as for contributions to the commercial real estate industry and their communities.

Ms. Lee represents developers, lenders, nonprofit organizations and other parties in real estate matters related to financing, leasing, site acquisitions and assemblages, and related tax incentive transactions. She has extensive experience relating to land use and development permitting in the Greater Boston area.

Outside of her thriving practice, Ms. Lee is involved with many community organizations and serves on the Steering Committee for the Ricesticks and Tea Asian Food Pantry, the Board of Directors for the Rose Kennedy Greenway Conservancy and the Asian Community Development Corporation, a Trustee of Eastern Bank, and on the Planning and Policy Committee for Boston Harbor Now. She is a former President of the Asian American Lawyers Association of Massachusetts, and a recipient of their Community Service Award.

In addition to this honor, Ms. Lee has been recognized as a “Go-To-Lawyer” for Commercial Real Estate by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly, Chambers USA–Massachusetts Real Estate: Zoning/Land Use, Best Lawyers in America: Real Estate Law and Land Use & Zoning Law and Massachusetts Super Lawyers: Real Estate. She also received the Founder’s award from the Asian American Lawyers Association of Massachusetts.
