Mintz announced today that Mike Fantozzi will become the firm’s next Managing Member, effective July 1 2027, succeeding Bob Bodian following an extraordinary 18-year tenure that has transformed the firm’s scale, profitability, and market presence. Bob, the longest-serving Managing Member in Mintz’s history, will transition to the role of Chair, remaining actively involved in the firm and its continued success. Bob announced in 2024, at the beginning of his present three-year term, that this would be his final term as Managing Member.

Mintz attorney Courtney Herndon received the 2026 Mary K. Ryan Achievement in Pro Bono Award, presented by the Boston Bar Association at its Annual Meeting on September 24.

Chambers Canada 2027 recognized Mintz as a Leading Firm in Canada 2027 and ranked the firm in Cannabis Law, Life Sciences, and Pensions & Benefits.
