• Represented RockPort Capital Partners in a $56 million Series A financing of Wind Power Holdings LLC, a leading independent North American wind energy company focused exclusively on the development, ownership and operation of wind energy projects.
• Represented Infinity BioEnergy, a renewable energy company specializing in ethanol production and distribution, in a number of transactions including the $29 million sale of convertible notes, the $26.8 million PIPE sale of common stock and an $8.5 million debt financing.
• Represented Luminus Devices, developer and manufacturer of high performance, solid state lighting solutions for a variety of illumination applications, in a $72 million Series E financing led by Breamar Energy Ventures.
• Represented General Catalyst Partners in a $50 million Series C financing of Mascoma Corporation, a leader in advanced low-carbon biofuels technology.
