Emma focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, sale leaseback transactions, and portfolio financings. She has experience supporting real estate investors and private equity firms in transactions involving a variety of asset classes.
Before joining the firm, Emma served as a summer law clerk in the Land Use Division of the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office, where she worked on matters involving land use and real estate regulation.
In law school, Emma served as an articles editor for the Southern California Interdisciplinary Law Journal and as vice president of the Energy and Environmental Law Society. She also represented the law school on the USC Presidential Working Group, participating in university wide discussions on sustainability and energy initiatives.
