James is a litigator whose practice encompasses a broad spectrum of commercial, employment, and securities litigation and white collar defense matters. He has experience advising clients in all stages of litigation before state and federal courts, including discovery, depositions, dispositive motions and pleadings, and appeals. James represents clients in the health care sector and a variety of other industries.
Prior to joining Mintz, he was an associate in the Washington, DC office of a global law firm, where he focused on complex commercial litigation and white collar defense.
While attending law school, James served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Judge Craig S. Iscoe, Associate Judge of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia, and as the executive managing editor of The George Washington International Law Review.
