Jason is a member of Mintz’s executive leadership team and he works closely with firm management to evolve and execute the strategic plan and other growth initiatives. He is responsible for a broad range of the firm’s operations. Jason has extensive experience in strategic planning, talent management, and change management.
Jason has held senior positions in legal administration for nearly 20 years. Prior to joining Mintz, he was Chief Human Resources & Administrative Officer at a large global law firm. Early in his career, Jason served as Director, Network Operations and Information Technology at a telecommunications company, and as an operations manager at a major US telecom provider.
