Provide a broad range of administrative and secretarial support to the Firm’s Corporate attorneys and paralegals.
Draft, edit, redline and proofread correspondence and documents.
Manage client data room documents.
Track, document and enter billable time.
Maintain calendar and schedule appointments.
Initiate communication and respond to client inquiries.
Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements and conferences.
Process check requests, billing and expense reports.
Perform general administrative tasks of filing, mailings, answering phone calls and greeting clients.
Work cooperatively with assigned legal staff and section-mates.
Maintain proficiency with office procedures and stay current with Firm technology.
Assume additional responsibilities as requested.
3-5 years law firm experience preferably in corporate law.
High school diploma. College degree is a plus.
Strong familiarity with data rooms.
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to execute through to completion.
Creative problem solving skills, reasoning ability and logical thought process.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize competing demands and meet various deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to professionally interact and collaborate with colleagues at all levels.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working knowledge of law firm billing systems.
Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to quickly get up to speed and master new applications and software is critical.
Flexibility to work overtime when necessary.
