Lee Johnson and Mintz Earn Top Honors at 2026 LMG Life Sciences Americas Awards

Mintz Partner Lee Johnson, PhD, has been named Patent Strategy Practitioner of the Year in the 2026 LMG Life Sciences Americas Awards. The firm also received the Impact Deal of the Year – Canada award for its representation of Kye Pharmaceuticals in its licensing and distribution agreement with Neurim Pharmaceuticals for SLENYTO® in Canada.

Based in Toronto, Lee advises life sciences companies, investors, and innovators on patent strategy, portfolio development, intellectual property transactions, and commercialization matters. His practice spans a range of industries, including biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and emerging technologies, helping clients maximize the value of their intellectual property and support business growth.

The transaction recognized as the Impact Deal of the Year – Canada was led by Cheryl Reicin with support from Adam Falconi.
