Adam focuses his practice on corporate law, financing, and technology transactions in the life sciences and health technology industries. His clients include a wide range of life science and health care companies, as well as venture capital and private equity funds.

Adam has a specific focus on strategic partnering and commercialization for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device companies. He frequently advises on complex licensing, strategic collaborations, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property transactions and helps his clients develop, scale, and commercialize their technologies in Canada, the United States, and other countries around the world.

Before law school, Adam attended the Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy at the University of Toronto and is a licensed pharmacist in Ontario.
