Mintz Duo To Assist AG-Elect Andrea Campbell In Transition

BOSTON – Two Mintz Members will serve on incoming Attorney General Andrea Campbell’s transition team, with Mintz Health Member Brent Henry taking on the role of Co-Chair of the Transition Committee.

Mr. Henry has been appointed to the role alongside Former First Assistant Attorney General Mary Strother, Former Suffolk County District Attorney Ralph Martin, and Stephanie Lovell, also a Former First Assistant Attorney General.

Meanwhile, Jeff Porter, who Chairs Mintz’s Environmental Law practice, will sit on Campbell’s Energy and Environment Bureau transition committee.

In an announcement, Ms. Campbell said, “I am honored to have the support of this incredible transition committee as we move to the next phase of our work to create a more just, more fair Commonwealth while fighting to protect the rights, health and well-being of all our residents. We have brought together a diverse group of lawyers, youth, subject matter experts, and business, non-profit and community leaders to review the work of the office while identifying the north stars for every bureau.”
