His practice spans venture financings, mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, corporate governance matters, and other strategic transactions across the technology, energy, and life sciences sectors. Over the course of his career, he has represented companies and investors in hundreds of private financings, numerous public offerings, and a broad range of strategic transactions.
