Three Mintz Attorneys Named 2025 BTI Client Service All-Stars
Mintz Members Daniel Bleck, Poonam Patidar, and Vanessa Yen have been named to BTI Consulting Group’s 2025 Client Service All-Star list. This recognition celebrates attorneys who consistently deliver the highest tier of client service.
BTI selected the honorees for their ability to be embedded in client decision-making, understand business and operating context, bring new ideas clients haven’t seen before, operate in compressed timeframes, and offer practicality in time to matter. The list is cultivated through interviews with more than 350 legal decisionmakers from organizations with at least $700 million in revenue.
Dan is highly regarded for his practice focusing on representing institutional investors, lenders, and creditors in financial restructurings, litigation, and creditors’ rights matters. He is known for his representation of bondholders, trustees, and creditor groups in distressed health care and continuing care communities, as well as other sectors.
Poonam counsels governments, quasi-public authorities, and higher education facilities on the issuance of tax-exempt and taxable debt as well as securities and tax law matters. She also represents institutional investors and indenture trustees in the purchase and restructuring of high-yield municipal debt across industries including transportation, health care, and higher education.
Vanessa is a sought-after trial lawyer and strategist who represents clients in the technology, life sciences, pharmaceutical, and chemical sectors in high-stakes business and IP disputes. Her practice encompasses complex patent litigation, Hatch-Waxman and biosimilar matters, IPRs, licensing disputes, and strategic IP counseling, and has successfully tried cases before US district courts, the Federal Circuit, and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
