Alex is a corporate attorney whose practice focuses on transactional and corporate matters, including private M&A, venture financing, project finance, and general corporate governance. He works with clients in a variety of industries, including energy & sustainability, life sciences, and technology. Alex originally joined Mintz as a Summer Associate.
Prior to working at Mintz, Alex gained hands-on experience through a legal internship with a state regulatory agency, where he conducted research on ratemaking decisions and regulatory proposals. He also served as a student attorney and research assistant at a law school clinic, leading a research project on human rights issues affecting indigenous minority groups in South America.
Alex earned his JD from Harvard Law School, where he served as a research assistant for the Environmental & Energy Law Program. Prior to law school, he earned an MA with honors from Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies and a BA from Johns Hopkins University, where he was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Class of 2020.
Alex is based in the Boston office.
