Mintz advised Affordable Wire Management (AWM), a leading provider of wire management, cable protection, and balance-of-system solutions for utility-scale solar and energy storage projects, in its acquisition by ARRAY Technologies.

The acquisition expands ARRAY's balance-of-system offerings for utility-scale solar and distributed generation customers, creating new growth opportunities in battery energy storage and datacenter infrastructure.

The Mintz team was led by Sahir Surmeli, Scott Dunberg, Minhaj Rahman, Xandy Walsh, Jack Sztrigler, and Alex Mejia.
