Dana focuses her practice on antitrust and complex litigation matters.  She advises clients in a variety of industries, including sports, education, and technology. 

Prior to joining Mintz, Dana was an associate at a multinational law firm, where she represented clients in both federal and state courts in complex antitrust and commercial litigation matters. She has experience managing various aspects of discovery, drafting motions, and preparing for fact and expert depositions. In the area of general antitrust counseling, she advised companies on the antitrust implications of proposed transactions, assisted clients with filings made pursuant to the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act and represented clients in government investigations.  In addition, Dana has experience representing and counseling professional sports leagues and teams in a variety of matters. Dana also advised pro bono clients on immigration, asylum and family law matters. 

While earning her JD, Dana served as the Executive Editor of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of International Law, as well as a judicial intern for the Honorable Chief Judge Juan R. Sánchez of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She also represented clients as a certified legal intern through a clinical program with the Defender Association of Philadelphia. She received her Certification in Management from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
