Edwin represents clients across high-growth industries, including life sciences, fintech, artificial intelligence, energy technology, edtech, crypto, and gaming. He brings a practical, business-focused approach informed by his experience at New York corporate law firms. He earned his JD from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law and his BA from Columbia University.
