Sam focuses her practice on transactional commercial real estate law. She represents clients in transactions including commercial leasing, commercial and real estate financing, and acquisitions and dispositions of office, retail, and industrial properties. She has experience drafting and negotiating closing documents and leases as well as performing due diligence related to acquisitions, dispositions, and financings. 

Prior to joining Mintz, Sam was an associate at another Boston law firm in its real estate practice group. 

While earning her JD, Sam served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Keith C. Long of the Massachusetts Land Court. In law school, Sam served as a Staff Writer and Senior Editor of the Boston College Law Review.
