Mintz advised Silversmith Capital Partners on its acquisition of Vantora (formerly UP.Labs Ventures), a U.S.-based venture studio and investment platform focused on the incubation, development, and investment in early-stage technology companies.

Vantora works with strategic and institutional partners, including through the co-creation of vertical artificial intelligence startups.
