Bob is the Managing Member of Mintz Levin.
Bob has extensive experience in the areas of employment and commercial disputes, private equity, financial services, insurance, securities, real estate, and banking. He provides counsel to a broad range of domestic and foreign clients, including several Fortune 500 companies, major insurance companies, leading investment banks, private equity firms, and capital management companies as well as the executives of such companies.
Bob successfully has tried through verdict numerous jury and nonjury trials in the federal and state courts.
