Member and Chair of Mintz’s ESG practice group, Jennifer B. Rubin was quoted in Bloomberg Law discussing what post-Roe employee abortion aid might look like. Jen commented on whether states were able to ban companies from paying for abortion travel and said, "this is all very new. Nothing like this has been tested yet in the context of ERISA preemption".
