Mintz Advises Bollé Brands on the Sale of Its SPY+ and Serengeti Eyewear Brands to Safilo Group
Mintz advised Bollé Brands, an Alvarez & Marsal Capital portfolio company, on the sale of its SPY+ and Serengeti eyewear brands to Safilo Group, a global player in the eyewear industry.
The cross-border transaction involved the carveout and sale of the SPY+ and Serengeti brands, including selected assets in Europe and dedicated legal entities in the United States and Canada, and enhances Safilo's portfolio of eyewear brands, including Smith, Carrera, Polaroid and Blenders.
Together, SPY+ and Serengeti generated sales of approximately $39 Million USD in 2025.
