Mintz advised the placement agent in connection with CalciMedica’s up to $49 million private placement. The private placement included (i) shares of common stock or pre-funded warrants to purchase shares of common stock, (ii) a right to receive Series A warrants and (iii) a right to receive Series B warrants. The Series A warrants and Series B warrants are issuable subject to stockholder approval.
