Mintz advised Seven Starling, a virtual health provider specializing in mental health care during fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood, on its $8 million Series A-Prime financing, led by Rethink Impact. 

Seven Starling is a trusted resource for over 1,500 OBGYNs across 18 states, and has partnered with Medicaid plans and integrated with healthcare partners across the country. The financing will fuel their planned expansion to 30 states by the end of 2026.
