Mintz is advising Trace3, an Apollo portfolio company, in its proposed carve-out acquisition of the US commercial IT business of Canadian public company Calian Group.

Trace3 is a technology consulting and services firm that delivers solutions across AI, data, security, and cloud technologies. Through the acquisition, the company plans to expand its national reach and strengthen its managed services capabilities through enhanced service infrastructure and operational capacity.

The Mintz team is being led by Matthew T. Simpson and Louis Mercedes and includes Wuqi Liu and Jabril Wilson.
