
Danielle focuses her practice on corporate and securities law, governance, licensing transactions, and general corporate matters. She works with companies in a variety of industries, including life sciences and pharmaceuticals. Danielle was a Summer Associate at Mintz in 2020.
While attending law school, Danielle served as an IP legal intern with a biopharmaceutical company, where she assisted with research on patents and patent case law. In law school, she served on the Journal of Health & Biomedical Law and as a research assistant for Professor R. Lisle Baker. She also received a distinguished brief award and an Honorable Mention for oral advocacy in Suffolk Law’s Legal Practice Skills (LPS) program.
Before law school, Danielle worked for a global public relations firm, including as an account executive. In that role, she reviewed and drafted content for life science companies, including information required for legal and regulatory review processes.
