Kaitlyn focuses her litigation practice on defending clients in matters involving product liability, construction accidents, insurance coverage, and other complex disputes. She has experience with drafting pleadings and appellate briefs, handling depositions, and analyzing insurance policies for coverage opinions. She represents companies in several industries, including insurance and construction.
Prior to joining Mintz, Kaitlyn was an associate in the Boston office of a Virginia-based law firm, where she assisted with defending a wide range of cases, including insurance coverage and liability matters. Earlier, she was an associate and paralegal at a civil defense and litigation firm in New York City.
While attending law school, Kaitlyn served as a legal intern with a New York-based securities litigation firm and with a luxury accessories maker also headquartered in New York. She was also a legal extern for the Honorable Mr. Justice John Edwards, then of the High Court of Ireland in Dublin. During law school, she was an articles editor for the New York Law School Law Review.
