Mintz advised the underwriters in connection with Larimar Therapeutics’ $115 million public offering.

J.P. Morgan and Guggenheim Securities acted as joint book-running managers for the offering. LifeSci Capital and William Blair acted as bookrunners for the offering. Citizens Capital Markets acted as lead manager for the offering. Jones acted as co-manager for the offering.
