Mintz Represents Innovius Capital in xCures’ $46 Million Series B Financing

Mintz served as legal counsel to Innovius Capital Management in connection with its role as lead investor in the $46 million Series B financing of xCures, an Oakland-based digital health company developing AI-driven solutions for medical record acquisition and analysis.

The investment supports xCures’ continued growth as it works to modernize how clinical data is collected, structured, and used across the healthcare ecosystem. Its platform leverages AI to streamline traditionally manual medical record workflows across oncology and broader clinical data environments.

The transaction highlights continued investor interest in AI-enabled healthcare infrastructure and reflects Mintz’s strength advising leading venture and growth investors at the intersection of technology, data, and healthcare.

The Mintz team was led by Sam Effron and Marine Bouaziz and included Matt T Simpson, Rebecca Horton, Gregg Benson, Chris Buontempo, Cassandra Paolillo, and Kate Stewart.
