Mintz’s Trademark Practice Recognized in 2023 WTR 1000 Rankings

NEW YORK, SAN DIEGO, and WASHINGTON, D.C. – Mintz has been recognized in the 2023 edition of WTR 1000: The World’s Leading Trademark Professionals—a unique guide published by World Trademark Review (“WTR”) that identifies the top trademark professionals and firms in over 80 jurisdictions worldwide. The WTR 1000 focuses exclusively on the trademark field and is the definitive ‘go-to’ resource for those seeking world-class legal trademark expertise. For the third consecutive year, Mintz was ranked in the United States: New York as a leading firm for both “Enforcement and Litigation” and “Prosecution and Strategy.”

In addition, Mintz Intellectual Property Members Susan Neuberger Weller, Founder and Chair of the firm’s Trademark & Copyright Practice who is based in Washington, D.C., Andrew Skale resident in California, and Michael R.
