Arash advises businesses of all sizes on a wide range of immigration and global mobility matters, including employment-based visas, immigrant petitions, PERM, and I-9 compliance issues.

Prior to joining Mintz, Arash was an associate in the New York City office of a large immigration law firm, where his work included handling immigration matters relating to a significant multinational corporate merger. Earlier, practicing at a boutique immigration law firm in New York, Arash helped clients obtain permanent and non-immigrant visas and worked on a variety of complex business immigration matters.

In law school at UCLA, Arash was editor-in-chief of the Journal of Islamic and Near Eastern Law.

USCIS Extends Green Card Validity for Naturalization Applicants

Under a recent USCIS rule change, lawful permanent residents who have filed a Form N-400 Naturalization Application with USCIS on or after December 12, 2022, will receive a 24-month automatic Green Card extension.
