Kristen concentrates her practice on antitrust and complex commercial litigation. She has extensive experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in high‑stakes, multi-jurisdictional antitrust matters, including civil litigation, criminal investigations, and regulatory enforcement actions. Her work includes defending clients in proceedings involving the US Department of Justice, the Federal Trade Commission, and foreign competition authorities, as well as representing clients in private litigation in Europe and Canada and in arbitration.
In addition to her US practice, Kristen has handled a wide range of global competition matters spanning the technology, automotive, industrial manufacturing, agricultural, retail food, and transportation sectors. Her experience includes several major multidistrict litigation (MDL) proceedings involving two of the largest global price‑fixing matters in recent history.
Prior to joining Mintz, Kristen served as counsel in an antitrust litigation practice, where she handled complex competition matters and gained significant trial and regulatory experience. She also clerked for the Honorable Christine O.C. Miller of the US Court of Federal Claims.
Kristen earned her JD from Chicago-Kent College of Law, graduating summa cum laude and being inducted into the Order of the Coif. She also served on the Chicago-Kent Law Review. She received her BA, magna cum laude, in political science from DePaul University.

- Currently representing a group of 10 opt-out plaintiffs in antitrust price-fixing litigation against the major turkey suppliers.
- Currently representing a group of retailers and distributors in an antitrust monopolization case against Keurig Green Mountain.
- Successfully defended Toshiba Corporation at two trials and in parallel DOJ and international investigations involving electronics products.
- Represented numerous multinational clients in criminal investigations by the US Department of Justice in a variety of industries, including high tech, consumer staples, air cargo, shipping, and manufacturing and in parallel class-actions and other litigation.
- Defeated class certification in successful defense of foreign electronics manufacturer in price-fixing case.
- Represented high-tech client in US Department of Justice investigation related to hiring practices in Silicon Valley
