Molly represents clients in government enforcement matters, internal investigations, financial services litigation, and complex commercial litigation. She appears before a wide range of federal, state, and self-regulatory agencies.
Prior to joining Mintz, Molly was a corporate associate at a multinational law firm, where she worked on US and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions. She also advised clients on corporate governance, environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues, corporate social responsibility, business human rights, supply chain compliance, and other regulatory matters.
While earning her JD, Molly interned in the US Department of Justice’s Civil Rights Division and the Peace Corps’ Office of the General Counsel. She received the Dean’s Achievement Award, given at Dean William Treanor’s discretion to the two graduating students who have shown outstanding leadership and made invaluable contributions to the Georgetown community. Molly graduated with Special Pro Bono Honors and is actively involved in the firm’s pro bono efforts today.
Before law school, Molly worked as a communications manager at an American multinational investment bank. At Amherst College, she played field hockey and ice hockey.
