Matt represents public and private companies and private equity firms in a broad range of transactions and corporate matters.  His practice focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, securities law compliance and general corporate representation.  Matt has served as counsel for clients in a number of sectors, including life sciences, telecommunications, retail, technology and higher education.

Before joining Mintz Levin, Matt was an associate at an international law firm. During law school, he served as Articles Editor of the Suffolk University Law Review.
