Mintz Members Jennifer B. Rubin and Melissa Frayer co-authored an article published by Harvard Law School Forum on Corporate Governance that examined board responsibilities during the coronavirus pandemic and offered risk mitigation measures, such as designating a “Chief Covid Officer” to ensure corporate compliance with applicable health and welfare obligations and the resulting safety of employees and consumers.
